With a lot of tools now readily available for use, certificates is one that are commonly used or created regularly. Thankfully one of the most known tool available in its niche offers such feature. However, one limitation is that you should have a Canva Pro, Canva for Teams, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits users. If you are subscribed to either of these then rest assured that you have access to this specific feature as this information is actually from Canva’s creating bulk designs.
To achieve these, simply follow these instructions:

Step-by-step guide to Create Multiple (Bulk Create) Canva Certificates
- Select a template or design you want to use for bulk creation.
- From the editor side panel (left side), click ••• More.
- In the “More from Canva” section, click on Bulk Create
- Select if you will be Entering your data manually or if you will be Uploading from CSV
Enter your data manually
– Encode your desired data to be generated for bulk
Upload from CSV
– Select a CSV file that contains the details
- On your design, right click on the element where you want to assign the data
- Click on the Generate button
By doing so, you will now have a design that’s readily available and modified depending on the data you encoded.
