Forgot your ATM card? Withdrawal in ATM is now possible through Chinabank’s Mobile App!
Cases where you need cash and haven’t had your ATM card with you for access is actually pretty common no matter how much you deny. To this scenario, Chinabank has responded with a possibility of withdrawing through ATM machines with something they are sure that you always have with you – none other than your smart phones!
To access this feature, you must first have your Chinabank mobile app and an account registered to that app. Once that’s all set, you may now use this feature by doing the following steps.

How to enable Chinabank Cardless Withdrawal
- On the China Bank Mobile App, select Pay or Transfer from the post log-in menu and tap Emergency Cash (NOW)
- Tap Send Emergency Cash and complete the required details
- Confirm your transaction and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
Take note of the transaction reference number on the transaction success screen. You will need to enter this when you withdraw from the ATM. A separate OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for withdrawal of NOW transaction.
Now to get your cash on a Chinabank ATM, the steps above continues as follows:
- On the ATM, press enter and select NOW (No Card On Withdrawal)
- Enter the NOW reference number and select correct
- Enter the One-time PIN
Please do note that this feature is only available on a China Bank ATM so make sure to find one before proceeding with the steps provided above!
