Red Magic Nova gaming tablet will be globally debuted after its introduction in China earlier this September. Prominent for its high-performance hardware, the tablet runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Edition, with a 3.4GHz Cortex-X4 prime core and a GPU working at 1GHz. This CPU is intended to provide maximum gaming performance together with an excellent cooling system.
Key Features
Among the Red Magic Nova’s nine-layer cooling system’s unique elements are a 20,000 RPM turbofan, a heat pipe, an air duct, graphene and copper foil components. These components taken together lower the core temperature by 25°C, therefore guaranteeing a cooler gaming environment even during extended sessions.
A 10,101mAh battery with 80W rapid charging capability powers the tablet, enabling up to 10 hours of gaming and almost 19 hours of ordinary use. With a 7.3mm thick all-metal aviation aluminum body and a weight of 520g, the gadget boasts a strong yet elegant look.
To guarantee seamless and responsive gameplay, the 10.9-inch display features a 144Hz refresh rate and an 840Hz touch sampling rate together with a 2848x1800px resolution. Features of the camera include a 20 MP front and a 50MP back camera.
Pricing and Availability
Started October 7, the Red Magic Nova gaming tablet is pre-orderable via Red Magic’s official website. The general selling starts on October 16. While the 16GB RAM / 512GB storage variant is priced at $649 (Php36,447.84), pricing for the 12GB RAM / 256GB storage variant starts at $499 (Php28,023.84). The tablet is Midnight Black and Silver in hue.
The tablet will first find release in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Apart from the tablet, there will be a keyboard accessory and a pen available; although their cost is yet unknown.
